In indiana in order to get your license, you have to go for at least 3 months without seizuring.

What if it was the first seizure he had in his life? Can you call him a risk to himself and others then? There's a reason we call these things "accidents".

But the weird thing is how the wreck happened. My dad was coming out of Lowe's and this guy who was supposedly on meds had a seizure, hit my dad's truck at the edge and caused him to spiral out. The truck is fine, minimal damage but...why the hell was that guy driving? Yea I get he was on meds but if he can have seizures at any time, why is he driving on the road?

It just makes no sense to me at all to allow a ticking time bomb on the road.
I don't think it was his first time :/
It wasn't, apparently this was the first one he had in almost a year. If it was a first I guess it would be an accident, but he knew damn well he could have another seizure at any given time. He's just lucky nobody got killed or seriously injured today.
In Texas the 'Seizure-Free Period' is 6 months (not sure where you are at). If it really had been a year since his last he would have been within his rights to drive. In that case you can't fault him, fault the laws.

I am glad nothing happened to your father. I'm not saying it wouldn't have been traumatic to me also, but after the emotion dies down just look at both sides. Now if he was driving with a suspended license or had a seizure recently then this guy was an idiot.

Im not sure what the law is in Wisconsin, but I bet its pretty strict. You cant even get a cdl if you have sleep apnea.Kinda wierd, how the hell are you suppose to know unless you get a sleep study.

Also,I remember someone on the forums saying their girlfriend was having a seizure or was possessed, he pulled out the peepie and she went right back to normal.
