Gun question
I've been having this interest lately on going to a gun range and try it out.
But the problem is, I have no idea about guns and of course don't own one. hehehe! I checked online for gun ranges in my area and one of them will even provide you the gun for you to use at the range. YAY! I know I would probably have some safety courses to do and all these legal things etc... since I'm in Canada.
So which type of gun should I use as a beginner? I know that I don't want too much of a recoil though...

Re: Gun question
Join and contact the NRA for a certified NRA course for beginners. My wife just went to one for free as a refresher. They start you out in a classroom and move you to the range. She had her own personal trainer. This is a must in my opinion if you do not have a friend that can assist.

I'd look into the many options and sizes of a revolver to start out. You wont know what you like or what feels good until you put em in your hand and shoot them on the range.
