ESPN is reporting that the Mayweather camp is saying that if Pacquiao does blood and urine tests, then he is in.

Mayweather's camp has been asking for blood tests for awhile now. It doesn't sound like it's going to happen. Pacquaio said something like he'd do one 30 days before the match but that's it, otherwise he'd be at a disadvantage because Mayweather is bigger, which I don't think really holds up from a medical perspective... getting a blood test doesn't leave you weak and lethargic for days afterwards like he seems to imply.

The Mayweather camp wants Paciao to undergo testing at an Olympic level, which is by far and away above what professional boxing requires.

Oh and Mayweather will never fight Paciao because Manny will knock his ass out so quick, and Mayweather wants to retire with a perfect record. Mayweather is afraid of losing straight up. Kinda like how Lennox Lewis avoided Mike Tyson for years and fought sub par opponents and waited till Tyson was no threat at all. Lewis was the pussy back then for avoiding Tyson, and now Mayweather is the pussy these days for avoiding Paciao.
