I once tried one of these that vibrated.......

Two times in my youth before reaching puberty I had a moment of 'man realization'.

1. I had a mid thirties dentist who was really well endowed in her upper chest region and would basically put your head next to her 'pillows' when working on your molars.

2. The school nurse at my elementary school would damn near give you a massage while checking for lice and was just out of nursing school....
