well based on the fine limit, that makes it only a misdemeanor, but still, law is law, if you don't like it get it changed, but until you do...

Actually they are bound by the Constitution which only mandates a head count. If they come after me I will fight it in court.

well tahts one of the faster ways of fighting a law, but they have legal precedent by now so....

Either i missed then they came by, or I haven't been visited yet by them, which is getting a bit annoying xD (ince its past the time to send it in i believe, and I'm willing to fill the stupid thing out)
