LMAO! I think the dumbass who got shot deserved it. Sure the shooter should go do jail, but what the hell did he think the result of that comment was going to be. I hope the last thing trough his head(besides the bullet) was a realization that he had fucked himself.

Don't get me wrong it sucks that one guy is dead and the other is in jail, but I have no problem laughing at idiots. If a guy gets mad cause your dog pissed on his lawn apologize and offer to make it up to him. If he continues to be unreasonable walk away. If he threatens you, and you fear for your life don't goad him defend yourself.

In a trial, even though he is 69, he would still be held accountable for his duty as a marine. You could have killed someone, unintentionally, in self defense; but if you are in the armed forces you are considered a deadly weapon. It sucks i know, but that's just how it is.

Hey im a firm believer in the strong survive but in a court of law the statement is inaccurate. Military service does not deem someone a deadly weapon in the eyes of the law. If it were true i would be rotting in jail already and yet here i sit.
