All I get from this is... why are you getting fast food, Jinx? I thought you were one of the healthy ones around here.

Is a McNugget truly considered meat? Or just a coagulated emulsification of proteins?

exactly...i think it's blended, bleached, protein fibers gummed together in a batter and fried up and called chicken, you know, since everything TASTES like chicken anyway...

Now if I can lower my internal numbers, drop the waistline, and gain strength while eating crap from time to time....well then I put that misconception to rest.

70-80% of my food intake is clean. My food intake on the weekends is more relaxed.


I wonder if the critter ate the whole thing.....

That and nuggets have protein. I would have said meat but... you never know.
