Donating the truck to Habitat for Humanity. I'll miss the 8 foot bed, no radio and no heat in the winter.

SHould of donated it to your local fire department so they could use it for extrication training...huge tax right off....

What i ussually do is give it to someone that i feel is actually trying to make an effort at bettering themselves and needs just a bit of a hand. Last vehicle i bought as a favor from my buddies dad so he could get it out of his drive way. It was crazy just a 98 crown vic everything worked but the window motors. Paid him 750 and parked it in my driveway. My wife was telling me about this kid at her work that got laid off just because of cut backs. He went to school full time and was working part time but had to ride the bus everywhere because school took almost everything he made. So i gave him the car.

Even if it isnt worth anything to you someone thats hurting can always use that little bit even if it does need work. Trannies at a salvage yard arent very exspensive. So someone thats already trying will find a way to get that tranny to make thing just a bit easier for themselves.

Either way though giving it away is cool but so is blowing it up. So i would be a tough call if i had some where i could blow a car up without going to jail.
