    You should notice some speed increase with Froyo. Not the 528% or whatever ridiculous amount that the artificial benchmark gives. But it definitely is noticeable. Other than that, unless you want to root your phone, or pay extra, the only real extra that's worthwhile is the mobile hotspot.

    my samsung galaxy s is kinda laggy....anyone having that issue? i read about a patch that fixes this, but you would have to root the phone...which will apparently prevent you from receiving the 2.2 update.

    got the samsung fascinate (galaxy s for verizon) and I'm in love with it...

    had a BB storm before this, and a palm treo before that, so smartphones aren't exactly new to me (although having a GOOD one is :-P )


    I just can't wait to get froyo and get flash...UGH!!! so many porn sites are flash based! cellubating FTW.
