    Thinking about doing some custom models for TF2

    I was wondering what software you guys would recommend. Basically, seeing as how they have the contribute site now, I figure I'd be creative and make some hats, misc items, and maybe suggest some unlocks. But I have never done any decent modeling before besides Auto Cad, so I have no idea where to start here.

    Could anyone here possibly give me an idea of what software I need, and a good place to learn it? (online I mean)

    no idea but you need to make a boomerang for the sniper a boomerang with a stick of dynamite on it ! if you dont hit the target it comes back to you and you blow yourself up

    Or...I could make a sapper replacement that allows Spies to steal ubers from medics they kill, and transfer it to their own.

    A tommy gun would suit the soldier better, and I was hoping valve would implement it.....
