Heavy metals found in some protein drinks.
Consumer Reports selected 15 protein drinks to be tested for metals. From their data, I suggest to stay away from Muscle Milk.
Sadly the one I do use whenever I exercise, nutrabio, wasn't tested. I hope for those that do take protein drinks that none of your favorites are on this list. Who knows what else these drinks may contain? Anyone remember melamine?

Yea muscle milk is really for noobs who do not know any better.
This is what I use.

Whey Protein Isolates are 90% pure protein by weight. They are the purest and most expensive form of whey protein that exists. That's why they are the first ingredients you read on the 100% Whey Gold StandardTM label. By using Whey Protein Isolates as our primary protein source, we're able to pack 24 grams of the purest, muscle-building protein per serving, with a lot less of the fat, cholesterol, lactose, and other stuff that you can do without. There's no question this is the standard by which other whey proteins are measured.
Beyond The Basics
- Free of artificial flavors, colors, and sweeteners.
- Whey Isolates are the primary protein source
- Higher Pure Protein Percentage
- Fast-Acting HYDROWHEYTM Whey Peptides
- Provides Whey Protein Microfractions
- More than 5 grams of BCAAs
- Over 4 grams of Glutamine & Precursors
- Instantized to Mix with a Spoon

Re: Heavy metals found in some protein drinks.
LOL funny thing is I hear people talk about muscle milk either in the gym or supplement store as if it was liquid gold.
"It may be high in fat but its all the good fats."
I think to myself what are these fools talking about? Good fats come from olive oil or almonds/peanuts. Unless they are pouring those directly into the mix I will not have any part of the chemical form of "good fats".

All I need are these two:

BTW the goal for me is to be lean and muscular, not look like a freak with huge muscle mass.
