my mic is not working

i cant fucking figure it out...it ruins the whole game if i can not communicate with my team...I have tried 2 different mics, different inputs...

i just dont know

Make sure it's turned on (Sounds stupid, but it's happened to me before)

I had a problem a while back with my mic not working whenever I had background VOIP programs running (for example Teamspeak), once I closed it, it worked perfectly.

Other than that, I dunno what to tell you.

oh and a problem i had once was i was using a uh like extension cable i guess i had the headset input pluged into it wouldnt work but plugged the mic input into it worked fine

You never said that on this post and that's why I mentioned it because these nice people here are trying to help but don't know that you are having a humming sound.

Just kill that humming bird that's flying over your head, maybe that will work. :P
