When you spend all day doing physical activity

And you have trouble beathing later. I went rafting today at the United States White Water Center in Charlotte, had a good time but nw my chest has this small pain when I breathe deep. I know it's good for me to have exercise, but it sucks to not be able breathe fresh air out here.

Hopefully I'll feel better after I get some sleep.

Chest still hurt to breath? It is possible that you pulled a muscle in the rib cage. Those hurt like a mother and can cause difficulty breathing.

Did you do any swimming / swallow any water? Sometimes you get that waterlung shit (not sure what it's called). I used to get it moderately often if I spent a long time taking on waves / swimming in the pool for a while.
