I personally think they are the biggest scam in the world, and why I am posting it here is to have a bit of a discussion on them. Why do you people buy them? Do you buy them?
I mean, nothing against the people that do, but it seems like you could spend that money on getting some fruit/veggies and making a healthy dinner, doing some exercise etc. In my experience the main 3 things to do to lose weight is:
1) Eat smaller portions
2) Exercise Often
3) Eat healthy foods (though personally I believe you can lose weight eating junk as long as you do enough exercise. i.e. walk to the BK/McD etc.
Is there something I am missing here? Or is just this one of the big book scams (up there with textbooks)?
