Thread: UPS fucks up

So last Friday I ordered a package which was supposed to be delivered today... I even got a call from ups yesterday telling me to make sure some one was home to sign for it. Then this morning I look at the tracking info to make sure everything is fine. Unfortunately instead of seeing out for delivery I see that it was misrouted and will now be delivered on Monday... That isn't too bad I know but I had really been looking forward to getting this... Besides, it's only like 80 mi from my house and they noticed it was misrouted at like 4 am. It feels like to me this should have only delayed the shipment by a few hours but for all I know now it's on a truck heading 500 miles in the other direction... I just hope this doesn't turn into one of those 5 week delivery horror stories

Already this month I had a package that was suppose to get here in 1-3 days but ended up taking about two weeks... So annoying

Really wow? Most i ever get missing the delivery on the overnight packages (because the delivery over here ranges anywhere between 9am to 7pm), then having to go to the office to pick them up (doesnt this defeat the purpose?)

UPS really sucks now. They use to ring your doorbell and wait for you to answer ..then give you your package. Now, they just ring the doorbell...and then leave package on your doorstep.

yeah i was really excited to get this today..


i looked on google and this seems to be pretty common... i know they deal with millions of packages but you'd think with computers and the internet they could be a lot more organized and fix these issues as they arise

yeah i always get pariniod when i'm expecting a UPS package in the past they used to deliver my stuff across the street but luckly hasnt happend last few times i wish they would make you sign for it hell 750$ worth of computer parts and they just hand it over same thing with my 200$ lcd the other day
