If I remember correctly Christian Bale had signed on to do three movies, but when he heard that Nolan was contemplating doing the third film, Bale said he would not do it unless Nolan was under the helm. It is also shooting in Louisiana for a good portion of the film. Any ideas at why this is so. I heard that this is the perfect setting for Killer Croc. I can't see this kind of character in Nolan's Gotham.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises
I doubt the Croc stuff, as cool as it could be, I think it's a bit too comic for Nolan. Some one said they knew who it(the bad guy) was and it was a childhood favorite of theirs(didn't say who of course) I can't recalled who said that. However, it's not something I even believe in considering how closed lip Nolan is, and the guy that said it I didn't think had anything to do with the movie(he was a big name in comics I think, wish I could remember who it was).
Personally, I'd like to see Mr. Freeze(not gunna happen) cause his back story is great. Nolan's big on themes, so that may give some insight on who it could be.

In all honesty, as crappy as that movie was, if Arnold was smaller and could act like an American scientist he could have been a great freeze. He actually looked the part in the face, but that was it...
But I'd much rather see Guy Pearce do it, or Sean Bean.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises
It actually sounded alright when he was shouting at someone, especially with the little bit of reverb they threw in for added "Holy shit, this guy is terrifying" effect, but yeah, his normal talking voice was like rubbing gravel in my ears. I think a combination of Begins voice for talking and Knight voice for scary shouting would be perfect.
