Thread: Your ISP decides to mess with you

So I live in an area with only one High speed internet provider, and over the past couple of days they have decided to fuck with me. My cable modem now disconnects and reconnects whenever you attempt to do anything. So Last night I want to play some DoD since the server is now consistently full and I periondically get disconnected, fucking awesome. Now I know life goes on without internet, but I assumed since I PAY for this that I would get some kind of service from them, apparently what I am paying for is the ability to talk to there support staff, who can't help me when the physical network is fucked. Great job cox communications.

Full disclosure, I used to be a call center tech. Its not their fault that this is a persistent problem, its actually cox fault. I mean the call center people just have to hear all of the shit that comes in, but the people who are responsible for fixing the problem the field techs they do not have to do anything its fucking annoying.
