The bolts are in their holes, it's hard to explain. I should have taken some before pictures. Basically the arm frame was in two pieces, it snapped where the bolts are. The bolts that are built into the arm frame are bolted back into the chair, they're just re-enforced with duct tape. Without the tape the arm would still be in two pieces.

See the tape by the two bolts? That is where the chair broke, at both ends. So basically there is a plastic piece between the two bolts. The tape around the arm is re-enforcing the hold.

Technically I could if I cut that one piece that is running down the front of the chair. I put that there as a backup in case the arm snaps again, this way I don't go flying backwards. :lol:
