I was diagnosed with Atrial Flutter Tachycardia when I was young. Less than 2% "out grow" it and I was one of those lucky few. I had to wear heart monitors and shit while doing everyday life. I was able to do sports and shit but every 6 months I had to wear that damn monitor for 2 weeks.

It's good that you are taking the Doctors advice and getting a monitor. Are you looking for one that also communicates with the Doctors office? Say an alarm goes off do you need it to alert your doctor?

Im sure the monitors now are as big as a MP3 player so it wont be like the VCR that I had to carry around. Hope all is well my friend.

Thanks! The concern is that if my heart is normally beating about as fast as someone working out, then how fast does my heart beat when i am exercising or anything abnormal (ex going up stairs), and the concern of that increased exercised rate has on my heart. Also concern about why my gets excited so easily.


More or less though, its more of just a observation than it is anything serious.

well personally i think its kinda useless but you could try yoga /meditation to slow your heart rate dunno if your brains extend past tech supremacy but some people probably only like shaolin monks can slow there heart to a stop
