Thread: anyne here from hawaii? (asking for a favor)

Hey im in a tight predicament here. Im in the process of moving to hawaii but before i do i want to apply for some jobs (any random job like at a hotel or something like that) I dont have a palce right now and obiously most of these applications ask for a home/street address.

I was hoping if anyone from hawaii would allow me to use there address for these resumes. Obviously i would nevver go to your home and stalk you. I'm just gonna use it as a "filler" I really need a job when i get over there and i want the advantage of actually applying before i leave.

I know this seems sketchy but hopefully you all understand. If this isn't possible can someone help me here? WOuld i be able to just go to google maps and pick out any random address? (In oahu, honolulu) Then once i get setteled in my own place i could change the address. It sounds like the most logical answer but im just looking for clarity here.

Can't you just use your parents as a permanent address, and don't put a temporary address? If you explain in a cover letter that you are in the process of moving there they will understand.
