    Iv never bothered with restore disks. Windows lets you overwrite the existing windows so if my computer freaks out I just overwrite it, get what I want off, and reformat. Well.. I try and fix it first but these viruses are tenacious fuckers.

    ultimate boot cd, pop it in, boot, load the registry hives. clean startups and check for root kits. Save Unload hives. Reboot into os-> hijack this everything else.
    Should do it.
