Had tamales tonight, home cooked breakfast tomorrow morning but not sure what all we will have. then smoked turkey and honey glazed ham for lunch and dinner

Glad to see you frying a few feet outside the garage! I only had the fried turkey once, it was ok, I prefer it smoked. My grandfather has a huge smoker and uses an oak and mesquite fire, the turkey is always delicious.

I tried deep fried turkey and that was not something i will do again.

Went out to stonewoods for dinner xmas eve. Xmas was surf and turf at the house.
