really annoy the fuck outa me. now i'm all for helping someone down on their luck. but most of these guys are just fucking junkie ass bums. especially the ones with the homeless signs they are always pretty clean for being homless.
and they seem to take turns camping out the same spot in town. then theres the parking lot varity that lock on to anyways going to thier car or coming outa the store to hit you up for money.
then today i run into the worst kind the ones who dont take no for an answer right off. flags me down as i'm pulling outa the gas station asks for money says for a burrito ... my ass i can tell by the slurs from his speech hes already been drinking. i say i got no change which i didnt but i had to repeat myself like 2 more times then drove off.

what pisses me off most about these guys is so they can get thier fix/ drink on they beg for money. and cause there is so many of them people who may actually be down on thier luck and not just lazy substance abusers get ignored.

Do what i do if you feel like giving a helping hand and go buy the burrito for them. On average its easy to tell the difference between those that actually want help and those that are just looking for a hand out.

Yeah, I knew a lady who would drive around with cans of beans in her car for just those circumstances. Then, Dallas/Highland Park outlawed begging on the streets.

yeah i can tell them apart also you know when they are outside a place that sells booze thats adead give away

In orldano you need one and you have to stand in the little blue squares. It helps but you aren't going to eliminate the problem. However it does let you know not to give shit to someone in orlando thats standing in the squares.

I remember a while back when in downtown Houston with Jason some other TTPERS/TPGERS....Jason Jinx gave a homeless guy a couple and straight out told him: "Now dont go spending that on booze. Go by yourself some food." I almost fell on the damn ground laughing.
