    TPG Radio

Invision a shoutcast, wmf etc file stream audio stream that you are family with the dj because he is TPG. Now imagine request ,theme songs and stream that plays what you want thru polls on the best community team playing site online.
The time is here and the djs are here all that is left is a need for it.

I brought this idea up long ago, with out the licensing it's not possible.

    Re: TPG Radio

Add to that at least $5k in start up costs not including royalty fees to do it properly. Then, you'd need to add essentially 8 new High Admins just to run it (that should suggest that amount of time commitment and attention to quality they'd need). After that, it'd take about a month and half to get up and running not including the time it takes to collect music legally. There's a whole slew of other issues as well not mention that TPG isn't a non-profit which drastically shoots up fees.

I mean, if TPG could swing maybe $5k in start up costs + about $5k a year in upkeep costs then I could show you how to set up and run a succesful radio station, but it just isn't going to happen if you didn't get that already.
