Just had a Monster last night from the Freebirds off of Rock Prairie in CS.

Flour tortilla, rice, Monterrey Jack cheese, black beans, steak, pico de gallo, corn salsa, lil' bit of lettuce, and the Death sauce. Then I take it home and add extra Tapatio hot sauce every few bites. Goooooooood shit! You gotta eat 'em quick, otherwise they get soggy.

Been enjoying them since '92, when I moved here. We call them gutlogs at work.

There's another one in Richardson on Campbell just west of North Central Expressway too. Next door to the Luby's.

One in Plano on Preston just south of 121.
One in Allen on Stacy Rd, east of 75.
One in Addison on Beltline just west of the Tollway.

They're all about the same.. so pick one that's convenient.

The one on Lovers is near my Dad's firm. I was planning on going down that way anyway to catch a movie at the Angelika.

What's funny, is they started in Cali, before coming to College Station, Texas in the 90's. They just opened one in LA in the vicinity of the USC campus.
