So, a week ago, we had this cool girl named Jedi (I'm not joking) come up to the radio station asking when we start training new DJs. So, that's no problem, but she's blind. I was wondering if anybody knows any tricks for making the workplace more accessible to blind people or for adapting training for blind people?
I'm looking for anything from labels to computer programs. Anything will really help out our Personnel Director.enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P

Yeah, she would have to mess with dials and fool around with a computer program, which is going to be the tricky part. She'll have a trainer with her when she trains (obviously) and we'll probably set her up with a co-host when she starts doing a show.
I'm mainly wondering if there's anything I should be aware of.enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P
