Alcohol reduces sleep quality? I can drink all night and wake up feeling better on low amounts of sleep.
Im with you there. I cant sleep if the sun is up and it doesn't matter if im in a car, bed, dark room. If i can see or know the sun is up i cant sleep.

    Re: Sleep too much

Couple factors can contribute to fatigue and wanting to sleep a lot. First, as you probably know, it's one of the many symptoms of depression. May be something to discuss with your doctor. Second, is dehydration. Being dehydrated, or not drinking enough of the right liquids (water preferably) can cause fatigue. Third, is exercise. It's been proven that if you exercise 30 minutes per day (walking, biking, swimming... anything) will help release endorphins that help your body feel more awake/alert. It also helps relieve your body of stress, which is yet another factor in fatigue. Again, you may want to talk to your doctor as this is definitely not normal.
