It mostly likely was an agreement between the school and the coach, could of been to save money, or the AD wanting it to end in a "positive spin" sort of thing (not that it was positive by any stretch, but for the AD its probably positive as now no-one can bitch about how "Ohio State should of stuck with Tressel, blah blah blah")

and now he doesnt wanna even play the cfl! what is he gonna do, sit there and feel sorry for himself? the cfl might not pay much, but it is still the second best league in football and no doubt a quarterbacks league where he could have proved himself. pryor needs to grow up and get rid of that ego.

this problem will never end until you can do from high school to pro like baseball or they are allowed some compensation, especially when the people around the players are making lots of money from their talents. i think a junior football league might be the answer, billets, stipend, education package, ala junior hockey in canada. then again their is a lot of corruption in junior hockey but the hockey is good so no one cares.

but Pryor doesn't deserve to play in the CFL he deserves to play in the AFL .....He's a stupid moron does things illegally and thinks he can get away with it....

ESPN reported he was driving a very expensive car with a suspended license.... and had video footage of his idiotic behavior... He doesn't care about what the rules are he and stupid Lindsey Lohan of football who think he can pay to get out of prison every time he's sent in there....or that's what would happen someday..

He doesn't want to go to the CFL because they now have a rule that if you go you have to commit to 2 years, but then again he committed to coming back for his senior year to serve his 5 game suspension...

he wouldnt have been good enough to start in the cfl anyways so like that was an issue

but i forgot about his ego of course! prolly thinks he would have started and score 70 tds
