Re: People Cannot leave a voice mail
I find it funny when people expect in instantaneous response to a text message. If you really wanted my attention you call me. If you want to send me a question and get an answer when I take a gander at my phone, thats when you use text.

No, there is if you LET them put that shit in there. The only person I allow to fill my time with that crap is my mom, and that's because I literally just put it on speakphone on the desk, loop my headset around my neck with the volume maxed out, and just make monosyllabic grunts every now and again to let her know I'm still there.
Everyone else, I tell them to get to the fucking point. I don't care how their day is. I don't feel like talking about my day. Ask me the question you called me to ask and then hang up, or I'll hang up on you.

Or people that have phones without QWERTY keypads. Like me.
I don't have a phone like that because I literally couldn't care less if my phone has internet capability (got a computer for that shit.) I use my phone as an alarm clock far more than as anything else. I get 1000 minutes and 1000 texts per month, and I use maybe 30 minutes (about 10 of which are spent calling voicemail) and 20 texts (19 of which are incoming.) I occasionally take pictures with my phone but since the camera's a little 1.3 megapixel piece of shit I usually just save the trouble of actually sending it anywhere.
