Thread: Partying in Dallas next week!

So next Thursday I'm headed to Dallas to kick it with my twin brother for our birthday. He's been living there for several years now, and has a couple things lined up for us to do. However, several people have suggested we go to Austin. Neither of us are from Texas originally, and know nothing about Austin. So I'm hoping some of you Texas natives have any input on if we should make a trip to Austin and kick it for the weekend? If so, where should we go? Also, if you know of any bars in Dallas we should hit up, let me know!

We normally go to New Orleans for our annual birthday bash, and get crazy on Bourbon St. Neither of us quite have the funds this year for our usual shenanigans though..

If you're into clubbing, in Dallas, go to the Lizard Lounge. Fun times.

Although, Austin has soooo many places to eat, and some really good bars. Mmmm...Maria's Taco Stand.

I won't be there until next weekend, lol. Although my sister lives in San Antonio.. It's just a little too far for me to drive.
