I have to say, after getting fired, I have spent a lot of time on TPG, forum and servers. And I feel ok, and it doesn't hurt. But I am low on cash now, so I am freaking out.

I would definitely make a bigger deal out of this to their HR department. That is YOUR money that YOU EARNED. Even if you had been fired for a legit reason (which it doesn't seem like they had one), it's still YOUR money.

I mean, what else do you have going on right now that you can't spend 20 mins on the phone to potentially gain a few hundred dollars?

You need to make that call ASAP. Deal with the wait explain exactly what happened and wave any documentation you have to get you your money. You cant say fuck that cause its 20 minutes, hate to be blunt but you dont have a job, you have all the time in the world to wait on hold (turn your phone on speaker phone and listen to music while you wait if you have to). The longer you wait the more they can say either oh we sent it, or come up with some reason NOT to pay you.

Ask the HR department if you can have the list of "faults" obviously this guys a prick, you dont work for him anymore and wont be able to work for him for another 21 months so you can burn some bridges and get what you need. Almost certain it isnt company policy to require you to have an I-Phone and im also pretty certain he cant fire you for not having one. If he says there are reasons for firing you its your right to know what you did wrong. Im pretty sure burden of proof is on him, he cant claim insubordination or poor job performance without proof and documentation showing such.

Bite the bullet and take the time to get what you earned. If your lucky you might be able to get HR to cut you a check from your branch and you can just go pick it up instead of waiting 2-4 weeks for it to get sent to you. Explain that you have already waited plenty of time and that the money owed to you has not been sent. They dont want to get in hot water for unjust enrichment and you should be able to get them to hurry that check....

We have "shops" which is basically customer reviews. I got 100 on 7 outta 8, 1 got 67 (its outta 3 categories). My year end reviews, I got pass in all of em. It's frustrating.
