How hot and dry is it in Houston?

I can't find any damn data, but its been a long time since it was under 100 in Phoenix (for a high), been 110+ the past few days, and dry dry dry. I remember it raining like once where I am at? at least during this summer. Its something like 2.62" of rain so far since January 1st

We got some like 50 degree rain out of nowhere yesterday. And I was outside in it freezing my balls off. It passed over and like 20 minutes later I was hot and sweaty again.
