Dont tell you that the new account u added to make payments with wasnt verified and u thought ur payment went through and then u find out its 5days late, Best part is i go to call their advertised 24hour customer service and there closed....What a fucking joke. so FUCK YOU citibank is all i have to say.

Gonna call them on monday, I swear if this doesnt get resolved im gonna be pissed, Ive NEVER EVER missed a payment on anything and i dont consider this MY fault.
