Re: Fitness Thread
I made a weight watchers spreadsheet(old system) for myself. I've always ran 3 to 4 days a week and hit a heavy bag too. I use the spreadsheet to help me eat better. More fruits and veggies, less red meat and snacks. I want to get down to about 185lbs, started at 210lbs.

Re: Fitness Thread
Hmmm... I am joining a gym today and planing on starting to run again tomorrow. Last year i went from 280 down to 240 when dating this REALLY hot chick who was in to working out. After we split I gained it all back. Today starts the path back down.
No desire to bulk up really. I really felt comfortable at 240. I think 230 would be perfect. might look into that fitocracy.com tho as motivation is my biggest issue.

Re: Fitness Thread
Yeah good on you bud! I know a few guys at the gym who were first introduced to the gym ways by their gf's and wives.
Just find the discipline of cutting out the junk food and getting through the day under your caloric needs and the weight will disappear!
I always stress this to friends but if you can just forget about the processed foods and spend one or two days a week cooking up a storm of wholesome foods you'll find a difference in your physical ability and mental ability (you are what you eat!)
