A letter to comcast.
Dear Comcast,
When I get home from school, I enjoy playing L4D2 on the Internet. Does it feel good knowing that you get to take this simple joy away from me? My family pays you for a service, and when you fail that service you are a failure as a company. I'm glad that you managed to keep the Internet up long enough for me to write this letter, and I'm honestly surprised you haven't crashed mid senten
He seems like a nice guy from my experiences with him. He is a bit quiet though.[/]

Re: A letter to comcast.
No they aren't. Most of the times its equipment failure. 5 times i have had to replace my modem. Shit goes bad and the only way to see if its them is to check/replace their items. If it still exsists then you need to call it in. They'll fix it. I dont even like comcast but they do fix shit when its broken it just isn't always in the timeline you want it to be.

Re: A letter to comcast.
UMM YES Its Comcast fault.
x a million better yet infinty
comcast is the worst ISP I have ever dealt with. I had to through four people to get my service. And I only continue because they promise(it was under contract)a good deal. once I got the service activated it wasn't the package that was contracted nor the price. I had to go to two locations and none could honor the contract OR I the Service I was promised. The second time I went to one of their location I requested to speak to the supervisor of the manager which I did I explain the whole problem to her. she helped me out she got everything sorted out. Until I get home Once I get home I see she upgraded to everything I was promise except the internet. so I call her on her personal cell phone Because Comcast doesn't have Phones for their location (How stupid is that) and also if I had anymore problems and not to mention to call her back 6 months later to honor the contract, anyways I call her like twice and she doesn't answer. That same day I go back to store to cancel I ask for her, she comes out like "what now?!" physical attitude but says in a good manner "what's wrong?" I told her I wanted to cancel she was like "why? I just helped you." and I was like "Yeah, but you gave me a slower internet" and shes like "ohh that's right I FORGOT the internet but don't worry that's easy fixable. hold on" so she goes in the back does her magic comes back apologizes and tell me my new price:less $90 and my service:HD triple play preferred plus package which is their best package.

Re: A letter to comcast.
Ohh and wait I forgot to mention the installers (except for the first installer(that guy was cool an honest)) were Idiots. I took a day off to wait for them only for them to lie to me and to their office supposedly they came and I wasn't home. Days later because no one was available on saturday, Monday they show up early in the morning and they guy(installer) gives me attitude. He kept telling me I was going to be charged...Again for the installation. I was tried to tell him No I already settle that in the office and he was to finish the first guys job but he insisted I was getting charged again. I kept telling him no I wasn't and to call the office. So he calls the office and since he was early at my house like 7:45 no one was there so he waited without doing anything it was about 8:15 when he got ahold of someone once he got off the phone he started to work and completely gave me the cold shoulder. He didn't make a sound or made eye contact until the end when I tried to give him a tip and coke which he rejected.
trust me I had and have a Terrible experience with Comcast.
I feel your pain Knee of Justice
