Mizzou out, TCU in?

The latest college football rumor is that Mizzou is shopping for a new conference, likely the SEC so they can tap into the STL market, and that the Big 12 schools voted to extend an invite to TCU. Looks like TCU will leave the Big Least before even playing a game there, and it is possible that 2 more scholls could leave the Big Least for the Big 12(10).

Big East should lose their automatic qualifier status for the BCS and it should be given to another team of merit at the end of the season.

They will be good for basketball...but that's about it.

I think I read that they are down to 6 football schools if/when TCU bolts. They either need to start doing some quick recruiting, or they will be left in the cold soon.

Should of gone to the Big 10 at least, not the SEC of all places. and Mizzou doesn't give a crap if they suck (obviously) they just want to make money. They'd done better in the Big 10 though.

This. Although, they will have the option to use their new conference as a recruiting tool. Maybe talent in the midwest will get a few players who want to play in the SEC at Mizzou.
