I love it when people look at the Bama/LSU game and think that they can only score 9 points and have no offense. Go look at the offensive statistics up to that game and you will see that the defenses on the field that night were just THAT GOOD.

I hope OSU makes it. They rank like 108th in total defense. I will take LSU's offense against OSU's defense any day. I'll take LSU's defense over OSU's offense also.

LSU will lock OSU down easy. Book that shit.

You would take LSU's offense versus the Bears defense, LSU's defense versus the Packer's offense. Your opinion doesn't count.

haha. I'm just sayin. LSU's offense is putting up 35+ points per game against better defenses than what the Pokes put out on the field.

And OSU hasn't seen the likes of a defense such as LSU's. If this were a weekly game, I think OSU could put up SOME points, but with more than a month, and OSU throwing into one of the best secondaries in the nation? I don't like those odds as a cowboys fan.

I will give you that the defenses are two of the best in the nation, but just like OSU hasn't played a defense like LSU when has LSU played an offense like OSU? Don't give me Oregon because they run a spread, and tried running the ball sideline to sideline, which won't work against LSU.

While OSU's defense may be poor statistically they are #1 in the nation in turnovers created, and with the QBs that LSU has I could see them turning the ball over 2-3 times. Part of the reason their defense is so bad statistically is because teams know they have to score 50 points just to be in the game, and because they get so many chances because their offense scores so much, and so fast.

Once again, not saying OSU would win, and I am not a homer for either side, but I think it would be a much more exciting game than some shitty 9-6 OT game.

I'll say LSU is probably the best this year, just to make them happy (Since after the bowl game, they'll have to watch the basketball team that can't beat Coastal Carolina
