Comcast changes my pricing AGAIN!!!

Just called to bitch at them and they dropped my price to $80 after tax. It really got my blood boiled and pissed angry. Hopefully I don't have to call for another year. If only my wife can live without tv, I would just go all DSL or cable internet only.

nice job getting the price discount. Alot of places would rather give you a discount then loose a customer.

I have comcast for my internet while I am at work but not working and the price started out at a 42.95 a month 4 yeas ago. Since then it has risen to 70.00 a month. I called and complained and got it back down to 42.95 a month.
Why must I call and complain!!!! I am sure I will have to again in a year.
