Thread: Apartment Management...

I wonder, was I too lenient in not complaining quickly about taking forever to fix things? I normally don't check my mail since everything's paperless but once every 2 weeks to clean out the advertisements.. I went down today and found the mailman loading things.. when my key didn't work I asked if there was a problem and he verified my name after checking pieces of mail in the box, but the little card on the inside said some hispanic name I wasn't familiar with... apartment management had given my box by mistake to new tenant last week, and they gave themselves off the entire week till monday the 28th due to the holiday leaving me with no recourse till then.. there's no telling if this other person has any of whatever mail of mine might have come in and I'm unsure at this point what steps (or putting boot to ass with said steps) to take with the mgmt here on this.. suggestions?
