"My subjects...The crisis with LMM has been avoided. I know many of you wanted to throw yourselves on the sword for the glory of the Empire but we will need to wait for another day.

The crisis that occurred was caused by a small aggressive nation that was encroaching too close to the Empire. We can not allow this to happen again.

Mongolia is of strategic importance to the Empire and we can not....no....will not allow any foreign countries to influence this country. Until we have the resources to acquire this territory for the empire we will install a independent government which just happens to be sympathetic to the Empire. To make sure that this land is left alone we are going to place 100 million soldiers in Mongolia to act as peace keepers.

We did not annex Mongolia....we are just there on a peace mission

Regardless, it's yours now. The Empire will not object to this action, so long as WW_BITEME does not object to our annexation of Turkmenistan.
