Well, from what we know of the Open Beta, seems Reaper and Winston might have a past. Tracer's little power pack must be damaged before the game too, which may be why she only gets three burst of speed, instead of as the video shows her able to use it continually (Lore-wise. Game balance-wise of course she only gets three).

And if only we had seen the Genji vs Hanzo video during the open beta. I wonder if they'll implement a little bit of attention-to-detail and let the two be able to cancel each others' Ultimates if timed right.

theres one already also junkrat and road hog but they arent nice shiny ones they are like un animated
