I agree with Madmax. Ergonomics.....then I'd say side function buttons.

I use the Lachesis also....love it.

Anyone use or try the Vertical mouse?

Aside from that, it needs to be wired and have thumb buttons. And it needs to stop registering at a very short lift-off distance.

Currently using a Lachesis, but looking towards a Sensei.

This is why I use Razer mice as well....so many mice these days are molded for right-hand only. That Sensei mouse looks nice, but it seems a bit pricey. I'm currently using a Razer Diamondback 3G

I chose DPI... having an adjustable DPI switch is really a great thing in some of these games. fast movement for Tanks, slow movement for sniping

Ergonomics is key, if you're not comfortable playing you're going to miss shots. This is the reason i havent gotten rid of my Microsoft Wireless Mouse yet, it fits my hand amazingly well and works great along with going through batteries once a year.

Buttons, and the ability to redefine them as needed with profiles this is essential to me as I am an arrow key gamer.
