    Just installed Win 7...

And to do it, I deleted the whole drive. But, it's telling me that most of the drive is full for some reason. Keep in mind that the drive should be mostly empty, seeing as I deleted the whole partition when I installed Win 7. Anyone know what this is?

I realize it's probably because I did something wrong, but I wanted to make sure it was that and not something else before I go re-installing.

you have to use windows XP CD and format the whole with the NTFS slow option, It may recover the bad block and block them.
Or use hirens CD to create and format the partition.
    After it install windows 7.

how big is your HD? download winderstat and let it tell you where your data is. It does "bubbles" for all your data.. Pretty cool. Remember pagefile.sys and hyberfil.sys can use a lot.

My dad did this aswell. You have to format it. Watch this video around 3:30. http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sourc...yvKXehd0iFlDDg

Have to click drive options, then format

Ok, here is what you do for us to help you out......

press the WIN + R keys at the same time. Then in the run box type:
    Code:
    diskmgmt.msc
This should bring up a window, after it populates all your drives make it big enough to see all of it take a screenshot and post it up for us to look at.

For reference here is mine: (I have a lot of drives....)
