7970 vs 6870 Crossfire

Is it worth it?
i have sold my two 6870's and now i am searching for something better ,so will the 7970 increase or decrease my FPS in BF3?
I could find that info on the internet ,but we can have a nice chat session here.

Bottom line is: decrease.
2 6870s would probably also beat out a single 680 at least on the first chip set.

I sold them cards because i would get myself first one 7970 and then maybe add another one.

If you can wait a month, wait. The cheaper 680s will be out and they kick the 7xxx series ass.

I replaced two 6970's with a single GTX 680 and the single 680 runs better than the crossfire setup. If you are in the market for a new card I would go for a 680 over the 7900 series.
