    I have never had to deal with Sound Card support for a PC. Pro audio equipment... that is different. Now, will this Creative stuff work on Windows 8? Not very likely at the start. My X-Fi stuff didn't work properly when Windows 7 came out... had to go onboard and wait for the drivers to get updated.
