Excel Gurus Needed For Scatter Chart Help

So basically all our activity is recorded at work through out ticketing system. When you create an activity, it timestamps when that was created. Well what Im looking for is to chart those timestamps in a scatter chart to show trends of when activities are not being created and see if I notice any trends. The x-axis would have the different days in the data and the y-axis would show the different time stamps with major markers being every hour. Just showing regular business hours would be preferred (8a-6p) but not required.

It would look something along the lines of this:

I have attached the data as well. I have been tinkering with scatter graphs and pivot charts but to no avail. Thanks in advance!

Figured out why the problem was. Excel was displaying the time column as just a time but the actual value was datetime, so it was screwing with the scatter graph. Extracted out the time and it graphs properly. Damned Business Objects!!!
