My fav... I am using the g400 because it is identical (except with better tracking) although it feels slightly less high quality than the MX518 did... either way, I cvan't seem to get comfy with any other than the MX518/G400. Big hands...

I have 3 518s still in service at the house. And am looking for a reasonable deal on replacing one of them in the next several months. Best feeling mouse I've ever owned.

also logi's G9 or corsiar is making some nice stuff now.

While I have only had my R.A.T.Z. 7 for a couple months it has worked perfectly. It seems to be the sturdiest and most solidly constructed mouse I have ever used.

It's awesome. Of course my opinion might change if buttons stop working in three or four more months, but I see no evidence of that so far.

I am still rocking the Razer Lachesis. It hasn't let me down yet, and I think it is a bit more comfortable than my Copperhead. It is simple, smooth, and let's me do pretty much whatever I want.
