Looking to buy new mouse. Any recommendations?
Mainly play FPS's (especially ArmA and Tribes) so I don't need that many buttons.
I am currently looking at this CM Storm Sentinel Advance II - Cooler Master.
Unfortunately it is only available from there website. I'm also looking for a new mouse mat and they don't sell any so I'd have to make two orders if I went with this mouse.
My other main choice would be a Logitech G5/500.
Any thoughts on these two?

Highly recommend the : razer deathadder.
Pros:
-sexy design
-ergonomic & comfortable fit
-3500 dpi
-imo: good value vs. G5 (1/3 to 1/4 of the price)
Cons:
-side button closest to me broke due to too much clickage

I personally love my Naga, but it's geared towards MMORPGers. It is incredibly comfortable though; not left-handed though if you are left handed.
A lot of people like the G500.
If you go Razer, DO NOT order from their site. They make a good product, but there are horror stories about customer support.
These two look like they might be you're looking for (let me know if you can't view the page):
Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, LED LCD TV, Digital Cameras and more!enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P

06-03-12, 05:07 PM #5I love my G5, I have two of them. Those rat mice that have the ridiculous customization are awesome but they have known issues with certain motherboards.
I've also heard nothing but good things about the death adder. Seems to be one of the top fps choices.

Some extra info, I palm grip my mouse. The DeathAdder is listed as being better for claw grippers so I didn't even look into it.
One thing I'm loving about the Sentinel is that it has a button which in combination with any other button allows it to have a whole new function. I think that would be amazing in ArmA. The KONE also has this, but looking at the shapes of both, I think I would prefer the Sent. Wish I could feel both before I made a decision.
My current list in order of appeal to me
Sentinal
KONE
G500

I won't buy anything but Razer mice, anymore. Logitech thinks that only right-handed people play games. So, screw 'em.
My Diamondback3G is dying, but I do have this:
Newegg.com - RAZER DeathAdder Black 5 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB Wired Laser 3500 dpi Mouse - Left Hand Edition
Looks like I'm gonna have to open it, soon.
