Not really. Ram isn't even useful to overclock now, from what I understand. You see like a less than 5% improvement when doubling the ram speed. The latency for ddr3 is so high, it doesn't make much difference what speed the ram is running at (once you reach certain minimums).

Just get 1600 mhz ram that has decent timings and use that extreme profile. It is not worth the time and effort to squeeze the last bit of performance out of your ram.
