As far as the graphics card, might want to get the 660 as opposed to the 570 SC. Essentially the same price.

Since you're planning to overclock your CPU, I'll reiterate Soy/Sapiens' recommendation that you get an aftermarket CPU cooler. You will need one. My recommended budget cooler is Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 "Heatpipe Direct Contact" Long Life Sleeve 120mm CPU Cooler Compatible Intel Core i5 & Intel Core i7

One thing to consider with these larger coolers is potential interference with tall RAM, such as the Corsair RAM you are considering. There are potential ways around this issue; the Hyper 212, for example, does allow for sliding the fan upwards a bit to avoid pressing on the RAM. This might reduce efficiency, however. On one of my builds, I used Newegg.com - ZALMAN CNPS9900MAX-B 135mm Long life bearing CPU Cooler Blue LED specifically to avoid the physical interference with my tallish RAM. Worked perfectly.

The 660 Ti is made to replace the 570. It consumes less power, is more powerful, includes more RAM, and has more features.

Get this one instead though, its the same price as the MSI one without the rebate AND has free shipping.

If you go for the 570 this the one that I bought in march and its less money then the one you are going to buy, with hd plug. If you can go for the 660 that would be the best choice. build you later evilblackjack
